Quality Policy
AKFAL is committed to delivering products and services that meet or exceed our clients' specifications, applicable statutory requirements and international standards — consistently, and on the first attempt.
To meet this commitment, AKFAL will:
- Understand each client's specification, approved vendor list and acceptance criteria before work or procurement begins.
- Source only from manufacturers and channels that can provide verifiable material traceability and certification.
- Trade-test and document every person we mobilise, and verify certification before deployment.
- Maintain equipment to manufacturer schedules and keep third-party certification current.
- Record, investigate and close out every non-conformance, and feed the finding back into our process.
- Review quality objectives with management at defined intervals and act on the results.
- Train our people continuously so that quality is delivered by competence rather than inspection.
This policy is communicated to all AKFAL personnel and is available to clients, suppliers and interested parties on request.
