Our Industrial Support Services Division places skilled and semi-skilled personnel with operators, EPC contractors and maintenance houses across Jubail, Dammam, Ras Al-Khair and the wider Kingdom. Every candidate is trade-tested before mobilisation and arrives with a complete document pack: valid Iqama, medical fitness, trade certification and the plant-specific safety inductions your gate requires.
We handle the administrative weight that slows projects down — visas and transfers, payroll and GOSI, accommodation, catering and daily transport — so your supervisors manage the work rather than the workforce. For turnarounds and shutdowns we scale a crew up and demobilise it cleanly against a fixed schedule.
